My amazing photographer friend, Andrew Sterling, took these amazing pictures for Belle Saison Bridal. These are some of my favorites…

Did I mention he was AMAZING?
We were hired by Dan Dillard of Amplify Financial to help plan the Pink Slip Festival. The purpose of this great event was to invite unemployed families of Austin to enjoy a night of music and entertainment offering $.25 hot dogs, $.50 sodas and beer!
Entertainment included the bands:
The Kimbo Band
The Authors
The Beaufords
Exit Wonderland
We assisted in booking entertainment for the kids including:
Big Don
Mystery Inc (The Mystery Machine with the gang from Scobby Doo!)
Opus One Music
We also assisted in promoting the event with local media. Here is the story Fox7 covered on the festival

This epic picture now reigns as “the most time spent editing one picture” in the eyes of Eric Doggett. And what great eyes he has. His vision and creativity helped produce what has to be the best picture BDEP has ever taken!!!
We were wondering why Eric had us each show him our “cat walk” over and over again. Now we know. (Maybe ABC could use some more “Desperate Housewives”?

For the 3rd year in a row, BDEP is forming a team for the Susan G. Komen race for the Cure. Our team’s name is FOR CINDI in remembrance of our friend Cindi Lazzari. We will be promoting our team with a “pub crawl” that will take place in the weeks leading up to the race. Not only will we be raising money for the foundation but we will also be raising money for “Heal in Comfort”. “Heal in Comfort” is a company that has designed shirts for women who have undergone surgery due to breast cancer. http://healincomfort.com/HIC/AboutCherDesigns. We will be raising money to provide cancer patients this special shirt.
The race is November 1st. Please join our team by going to: http://www.info-komen.org/site/TR?team_id=114624&fr_id=1240&pg=team
Well if you have a kick ass photographer like Eric Doggett (www.doggettstudios.com) you can do this! I came up with the shoot idea while having lunch at Santa Rita. I grew tired of our previous magazine ad mainly because it did not really set us apart from our competition. It looked just like all of the other wedding planer’s ads. Look for this ad to be premiered in the Bachelor Issue of Austin Monthly.
